In her previous life, she worked at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, managing high net-worth clients’ assets. She runs the biggest Japanese Technology conference and meetup group in NYC.

Marian Yao Tong is the founder and CEO of LT Global Advisors. Prior to founding LT, Yao served at Jefferies Asia Pacific Investment Bank Division. Her business activities include Cross-border M&A, technology patent transfer, business development and joint venture. The industries involved in the business include medical treatment, finance technology, manufacturing and consumption upgrade.
Prior to entering Jefferies, Yao completed her Master’s degree at NYU and worked in business development for a U.S. investment company consulting on Chinese-American cross-border business deals.
Seamon Chan is one of the three co-founders of Lair East Labs and is also the Managing Partner of Palm Drive Capital. Previously, he was at Insight Venture Partners, a $13 billion venture capital firm with investments in JD.com and Alibaba.
Seamon brings entrepreneurship and operating experience through various startup roles in US and China. Earlier in his career, he has worked at enterprises such as Hitachi Data Systems and Citigroup.
A Stanford Alum, Seamon was on the founding teams of Stanford Chinese Entrepreneurs Organization (Stanford CEO) and NYC Chinese Entrepreneurs Organization (NYCCEO), both organizations with thousands of members and alumni across US and China.
YiPeng is the Co-founder of campus social network sxbbm.com, which has expanded into an internet finance company and exited to a public company.
He is a Partner at Palm Drive Capital and angel investor of several gaming, data and SaaS companies in China and US with multiple successful exits.
Before started his own company, he worked for private equity firm Jiuding Capital in Beijing and a family office in Singapore, investing in TMT, consumer sectors and aviation financing projects.
